Mary Teresa Giancoli’s
fine art photographs have been exhibited at The Mexican Fine Arts Center Museum. Chicago; Flushing Town Hall, a Smithsonian affiliate, Queens Museum of Art, NY, Fabbrica Europa, Florence, Italy and Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana, Mexico City. As the Artistic Director of Scambio Artist Exchange, she curated exhibitions and presented educational workshops in New York and Italy.
Giancoli has presented lectures on her work for Universidad Iberoamericana de Puebla, Mexico, St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY and Harlem School of the Arts, NY. She has taught photography at the International Center of Photography, NYC and Hostos Community College, CUNY. She received an M.F.A. from Hunter College, CUNY and a B.A. from Wellesley College.
has exhibited his photographs at the X Biennale Guadalupana at the Casa de la Primera Imprenta de America and the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana Atzcapotzalco in Mexico City, Queens Museum of Art, the International Center, New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, and Casa Puebla, New York City. His photographs have been published in Voices the Journal of New York Folklore, DiverseCity Newspaper and Reaktor Fanzin. He studied photography at The Point International Center of Photography and Liberal Arts at La Guardia Community College, CUNY. Cristian Pena grew up in Atlixco, and came to New York in 1993.
